- Refund Application

Please provide the order number and relevant information so that we can process your request as soon as possible. - Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
● The product has not been used and is in its original packaging and labels.
● All returned products must be in sellable condition except for shipping damage or wrong shipment. - Shipping Costs
● If the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong product or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please save the relevant shipping receipt for reimbursement.
● If the refund application is submitted for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or dislike of the product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. - Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the refund conditions, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be returned through your original payment method. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please check your bank account or credit card statement. - Exceptions
